In addition to the well known white
flour crepe, we serve The Galette - a buckwheat crepe.
Unlike its name suggests, buckwheat flour is not wheat,
but comes from the Rhubarb Fruit Family. Our buckwheat
is very light in texture and taste. It is high in fiber,
complex carbohydrates, and is nearly a complete protein.
Buckwheat is great for any diet.
Beyond low carb - The
Galette is great carbs!
We also serve real French style quiche, homemade from
scratch with our own quiche dough and filled with fresh
ingredients. Our coffee is organic. Our juices are fresh
squeezed. Our bottled teas and drinks are made from
natural ingredients. And, to top it all off, our dessert
fillings, sauces, and whipped cream are all homemade.

France Hyman, originator and owner of Ma France Creperie first opened in 2001 in Ventnor, before
opening her Ocean City location. France's
daughter, Karine (pictured at left), has helped
manage the creperie from the start. France
learned the art of crepe making in Brittany in
the north of France, and has been delighting her
